We ship Monday-Friday excluding major CAN/US holidays. We typically ship orders out same day if they are purchased by 2:30 pm PST, but please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.

We use UPS as our domestic shipping method. If you would like your order shipped via USPS or FedEx, please contact us before placing your order.
Our policy is to require a signature upon delivery for any item more than $300 in value. If you are unable to sign for your order, please contact us by the time you submit your order, and we can disable that feature. Please note that you assume all responsibility for the delivery of items in these cases.
International orders are shipped via UPS and USPS. If you would like your order shipped via a different carrier, please contact us before placing your order.
